We found the hotel's staff helpful in guiding us around the area, particularly to Pacific University. Additionally, the room was clean, and the facilities offered were satisfactory.

Our stay at Best Value Inn was for a special occasion - my daughter's surgery. the location was ideal, just a short 10-minute drive. We were pleasantly surprised by the pool and hot tub available. the staff was accommodating, quickly resolving an issue with our room, and finding us a suitable replacement. Despite some initial hiccups, our stay was comfortable and convenient.

I slept through the night without getting woke up, which isn't usually the case. It was clean, nice breakfast and the staff was most helpful. I had an issue with the TV and they came to fix it in 5 minutes. Very good!!

Location, price, staff effort.

Pitted sink, dirty rugs, old travel lodge needing help. The bed was so bad, husband switched to hideabed, clerk responded with , why didn't u ask to be moved? I figured it would all be the same, hotel was empty and I thought they would certainly be giving me a good room.

Great staff, super friendly and they make you feel welcome. It's nice that you can park right here, so convenient! the area around here is quiet, but gotta admit, it's not the safest neighborhood around 🏘️.

Lousy nights sleep. Went to bed at 10, then the upstairs people started jumping running and pounding noisily late into the night. Finally after a couple of hours of thinking they would stop (about midnight) my husband stood on the bed and pounded loudly on the ceiling, they finally quieted down after that. Night was pretty much ruined at that point. Hallway had a nasty smell, like B. O.
